Never has a 5-star hotel reached my expectations like this one. Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point. It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Staff are always friendly and kind to speak with. Would recommend for short or long stays. This place makes me want to return to Surabaya.

Java Paragon Hotel & Residence is 4-star property situated a 20-minute drive from the Juanda International Airport and a 15-minute drive from the Surabaya central business district. The room was clean and comfortable although it was a bit small. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations. The staff were polite and welcoming.

The hotel room was clean and spacious (Family Suite). The WiFi was good and relatively fast. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. My dad used the gym everyday and he did enjoy having a little bit of exercise every morning. Breakfast variety was superb; however; due to the fasting season, the options were not as much as the normal days. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
