We stayed for 11 nights and loved everything about this beautiful hotel. It is stylish and relaxing, and the staff are simply the best. The restaurant serves high-quality, tasty food. As an added bonus, we could enjoy daily complimentary afternoon tea and the free shuttle bus to Sanur centre.

Beautiful room, pool, grounds and breakfast. The staff are the KINDEST, helped me arrange pick up and fast boat to Gills. Excellent communication via WhatsApp. My pick up arrived 20 minutes early, when the cook was kindly making me breakfast a little earlier than their start time due to my early pick up..She made me a delicous egg sandwich to go and 2 little coconut wraps!

My wife, baby daughter Juna and I had such a pleasant time at Sanur house. The location, the spacious room, the beautiful garden, the positive vibe and the super friendly, kind and always interested staff. We enjoyed hanging out at the hotel during our stay and having small talk. No questions were ever too much for the staff either. Our daughter adored them. We cancelled our stay somewhere else and booked an additional stay at Sanur House. Straight 10 out of 10.

I recently spent three wonderful days, and I must say, it offers great value for the price. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights for me was the great pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is another plus; it’s situated in a charming local area, which was exactly what I needed. Despite being in a local neighborhood, it was easy to get around and conveniently close to the airport. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Thank you I will be back !
