Staff is super nice, he help my mother buy a medicine while she get a cold. Location is very good, you can find many water activities and beaches at walking distance. There is 24hours local chain restaurants nearby. Pool and room is very clean.

The Puspita house is a beautiful and thoughtfully decorated villa. It was a joyful place to stay with my family of 7 people. It is located at the end of a quiet street, almost on the beach of an estuary on the west shore of Tanjung Benoa. There is a spacious living room with sitting space around a coffee table where we played games, and a large dining table with plenty of space for everyone. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on each side of the living room, one bedroom upstairs, and a separate spacious bungalow for two across the garden. I totally appreciated the Indonesian house decor elements and took pictures of some as inspiration for my Jakarta home. It was also nice to have lots of dishes, cups and bowls in the kitchen to serve our meals.
The swimming pool was super refreshing, and the huge backyard with perfect luscious green grass was oh so nice. The upstairs gazebo in the garden was a great hangout spot. I could have stayed there for a month just to enjoy the house.
Daniel, the host, was responsive and friendly, and kindly arranged for massage therapists to come to the house, which was very convenient (one of them was super amazing and gave me an excellent massage!). I voiced some issues related to bed linens and air conditioning, and they were addressed the same day. The couple who live on the premises and help take care of the house were so hospitable, cheerful and helpful - thanks Inna and Otta! They offered subtle service and help while giving us all the privacy we needed.

We just needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. I was with my partner and our daughter (6) and my mum. We booked two of the rooms/houses. Everyone was so lovely, even with lack of English the team were just so good. We even booked an extra night. Upstairs is considerably hotter than downstairs but my daughter loved her little space. We had the whole place practically to ourselves. The pool was the best! Thank you so much! 🙏💛 (Whiskey was our daughter's favourite, they gave us food to feed him in the mornings and he chilled in the room with us 🐈)
