luxury redefined! the staff took utmost care to make us comfortable. The hotel is quite expensive but each and every corner of the property and comfort provided justifies the price. Special mention to sweetest and most polite Pina at Rimba. Also we got to meet Indian Chef who cooked a delicious vegetarian lunch for us. in Padi restaurant there is a decent option of Indian breakfast.

Ritz Carlton was a dream, it was huge hotel complex with world class facilities such as exclusive spa, private beach, camel rides on the beaches and three different restaurants and wedding chappel. You would also go around in the hotel area with a buggy system. The staff were super friendly and they made you feel like a king and the queen of the world.
Also the room were very spacious with king size be, shower and the bathtub with a balcony with a view.

I was blown away by the service this hotel provided. There isn’t a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I unfortunately got sick during my stay and the hotel sent a doctor to my room. The manager (Wiwin) came to check up on me multiple times during my stay as well as other staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
