Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))

We were pleased to stay in ParkRoyal. Everything was excellent. From really great staff, cleanliness, variety of breakfast options to a spectacular view from our room. There is also a rooftop swimming pool and a gym (which we did not use). We really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that were regularly supplied. Shopping mall (exchange office, ATMs and many restaurants) is in the vicinity.

Stayed for 4-nights at this Sudirman Park Apartment unit and honestly had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth from start to finish because the host was always quick to respond. The unit itself looked exactly like the pictures, a clean and comfortable space. I loved the location too; I could walk to Car Free Day Jakarta early in the morning. And with a GrabFood locker and Family Mart right in the apartment complex, getting food and essentials was incredibly easy. Would happily come back!
