We were so impressed with the elegance of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, the outdoor lunch, and dinner in the Japanese restaurant were all delicious. The equipment in the fitness was excellent. We would love to return!

The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent.
I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special.
I look forward to staying at Fairmont the next time I'm in Jakarta.

Since the property is brand new (opened 2 months ago) it was clear that the staff wanted to really make you feel welcome and at ease. We literally had everything we wanted in the two bedroom appartement, and even used the washer and dryer. It is in walking distance of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.

Stayed for 4-nights at this Sudirman Park Apartment unit and honestly had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth from start to finish because the host was always quick to respond. The unit itself looked exactly like the pictures, a clean and comfortable space. I loved the location too; I could walk to Car Free Day Jakarta early in the morning. And with a GrabFood locker and Family Mart right in the apartment complex, getting food and essentials was incredibly easy. Would happily come back!
