Spacious room with a beautiful panoramic view and cosy carpet. The pool was big, equipped with ample sun loungers, and the gym had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

The location was very good. It was located one street behind a boulevard. So it was very quiet. The rooms were clean, larger than it look like on picture. Their is a refrigerator that is not mentioned in the description. It was a nice suprise. Staff were very kind, and their level of english was very good. It was easy for communication and for request. The hotel is beautiful and it's all renovated or new building, I'm not sure. It has just opened in march or april 2024. Sebastien at the reception was amazing. We were a couple with a 7 month old daughter. It was weird on the booking site that they recommended only the family room, but we contacted the hotel, and they told us that we could ask a cot in our room for a baby. The buffet was nice with local and Western meals. A nice variety of dishes. The rating at the moment we booked the room was 9.2/10. It lives up to the hype.

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.
