Well I have booked a dorm room but the hotel made a mistake and upgraded my room, which was the best mistake ever. I absolutely loved the private room. So comfortable and beautiful. Kos one is the best for meeting people and it organises so many things and activities. Also the breakfast is exceptional. Food also really nice. I totally recommend it

The staff is superb, always kind and patient to help, the restaurant staff is equally helpful. The hotel is a tranquility oasis in the middle of a busy touristic destination like Tanah Lot Temple which is busy every day very popular at sunset where the sky is just magnificent in colorful nuances for the perfect picture. There are many shops and the price is reasonable but to get a good deal you need to bargain always!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate. The location is so central. Loads of cafes/shops/restaurants/ bars around. Such a peaceful hotel given its central location. The staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast was perfect - everything you could think of they had on offer. The dinner menu was really good. It catered for all tastes. We got a 60 minute Balinese massage in the hotel spa and it was amazing. Could not recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 on everything.

Oh my gosh, it has been an amazing experience once again! The staff truly is Indigo’s greatest asset. From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed back, and the kindness of the team is absolutely heartwarming. It felt like coming home.
