The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the thermal pools. The bistro had reasonable prices with good food. Margaret Island is a relaxing place to stay in November. It was lovely to soak in the thermal water and watch the beautiful trees with autumn colours and leaves falling. The air in Budapest felt cleaner on Margaret Island than in other places in the city. The room was good value for the experience.

During my recent stay at this hotel, everything exceeded my expectations! We were upgraded to a wonderful room that was simply perfect. The warm pools were a great place to relax, the two-level gym was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The location is also ideal, with quick and easy access to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Budapest!

The staff were very friendly and efficient . It was very nice to have a restaurant right on site with good food. The room was well equipped, and very quiet, allowing for good rest. We were there one night and there was a football game that evening, it remains very quiet.

This 3-star hotel, renovated in 2019, is located on a pedestrian street, next to the Kalvin Square metro, bus and tram stop, only 200 metres from the National Museum.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Such a pity my stay was for 1 night, but I will be back! My room was spacious and so comfortable. The bathroom is big and beautiful. This is the first time that I have seen a small towel in a hotel just for makeup!
