The hostel is amazingly well-located in the Margaret Island, which helps have a great experience in terms of the view (towards the Danube river) from the hostel terrace. The facilities (including kitchen equipments) were super useful: it is possible for you to prepare your meals there. The host is incredibly nice with visitors, she gives recommendations that are always appreciated.

The Danubius Hotel Helia can be found right on the banks of the Danube river opposite Budapest's Margaret Island and offers you great fitness, spa and conference facilities.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, with a short walk to the M3 metro line, making it easy to get around. The parking, though charged at 22€ per day, was conveniently located in the hotel’s garage, which was a big plus. They even allowed a slightly earlier check-in, which was very helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again when I return to Budapest. Highly recommended! 10/10!

This 3-star hotel, renovated in 2019, is located on a pedestrian street, next to the Kalvin Square metro, bus and tram stop, only 200 metres from the National Museum.

Very modern, clean, comfortable hotel, very well soundproofed room, great sleeps! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent location. Beer festival very close to hotel while we were there! Very close to the St Stephens Basilica. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Ten minute walk to airport bus and tram stop.
