Excellent accommodation! We stayed for 2 weeks with my family, and the accommodation was very well equipped even for such a long stay. The host is very thoughtful and considerate, and answers queries super fast. There are many little details of stuff provided that we didn't even expect. The parking is a great addition. The location is nice too, the Danube is close, there are many food delivery options, the terrace is nice, and it is well connected to downtown by bus.

New hotel next to Keleti railway station, ideal for train travelers in Europe. Large room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning (hot and cold) and good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast buffet was very complete, with an abundance of hot dishes. Staff friendly and most speak English.

The hotel was extremely nice, clean and well air-conditioned, the central location couldn't be better. We stayed in July when it was very hot outside, but the good ventilation made sure we could sleep well. The room was very nicely furnished, it also had room darkening curtains. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the rich breakfast, the large selection and quality ingredients. There is paid parking in the garage next to the hotel, but prior reservation is required. If you do not do this, you will have to park in a public garage, which is a few minutes' walk away.

Highly recommended. Location is fantastic and room is luxurious. Great value for money for sure. My girlfriend was sick and had to stay in the room mostly, and it was a percect space to rejuvenate.

All is great with the hotel and staff. Staff is always helpful, including reception, room service, restaurant, bar and spa. When small inconveniences occur with pool, the staff immediately suggest nearest facilities at same rating hotel with a free transfer to and back. Upper management is always in touch with personnel to help and satisfy customer need, - what a great service class- an example for competitors and partners! This Hotel, the bar and White salon restaurant, the New York cafe I would suggest as "must visit" in Budapest for those, who value best accommodation, food and service in Europe. It is a convenient own garage parking with straight lift to the hotel. The air quality in corridors and rooms are good. I also have an impression, that all latest WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prophilactice are kept and strictly followed by personnel.
