Super friendly staff, a nice fresh interior, with a spacious and freshly decorated room. Very clean, with a delicious breakfast selection offered. A big thanks especially to Emese and Mercedes for their help with changing our booking at the very last minute (twice!) due to flight cancellations - we really appreciated your flexibility, patience, and warmth. Will definitely stay here when we return to Budapest - two days just wasn't enough!

Location was perfect, extremely easy to find and the underground is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. They upgraded our room for free, we got a huge, modern bedroom and we were absolutely delighted. Comfy bed, clean room, complimentary gift. We felt amazing there. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The receptionist let us leave our luggages in the hotel for another 3-4 hours after checking out and he got us a taxi in no time when we needed transport to the airport. All for free. Next time we are in Budapest, we'll defo choose 12 Revay, no doubt <3
