All is great with the hotel and staff. Staff is always helpful, including reception, room service, restaurant, bar and spa. When small inconveniences occur with pool, the staff immediately suggest nearest facilities at same rating hotel with a free transfer to and back. Upper management is always in touch with personnel to help and satisfy customer need, - what a great service class- an example for competitors and partners! This Hotel, the bar and White salon restaurant, the New York cafe I would suggest as "must visit" in Budapest for those, who value best accommodation, food and service in Europe. It is a convenient own garage parking with straight lift to the hotel. The air quality in corridors and rooms are good. I also have an impression, that all latest WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prophilactice are kept and strictly followed by personnel.

Very nice location, you are close to the center but still on a quiet street.
The price / performance is ok. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
They managed to get two rooms adjacent, so that we had the kids close by.
The breakfast was well rounded.
The rooms are quite big and you have room to "breathe". The Bluetooth integrated speakers were a plus.
