This is THE hotel. Everything is just great. The staff, the position, the breakfast, the room, services, everything. There was 5 of us and all of us are agree that we have not been in the hotel where everything is so great, for a long time. The staff is extremely pleasant and not too invasive. So, you have everything you need in a second, polite and smiley and not exaggerating. So, you don't feel bothered by them and yet you got everything in an express way. The breakfast is wonderful, waiters are simply marvelous. We just felt in love with this hotel. This is our hotel for any other visit to Zagreb. Bravo djevojke i momci, ODLIČNI STE. Hvala za sve.

Reception staff is VERY kind and helpful. Room is good, as well the shower. There's a small fridge and air conditioning. Breakfast is ok. Location is quiet and there's a supermarket and a drugstore a few steps away. Public transportation at the door.

The location of this property is the best one we have ever experienced in our travels. It's very central, honestly it can't get better than this. The property is very well maintained, clean, and cosy. Breakfast is tasty and in a form of a small buffet. Coffee and tea available in the kitchen area 24/7. The room was spacious and I loved the little vanity table area. We usually stay at hotels and this property convinced us to use B&B in the future :)
