The location was fantastic! We stayed during a heat wave and it was great to be able to pop in suing the middle of the day. Despite its central location, the room was very quiet.

Location is everything, and this is the best. We loved our stay. The room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Even though you are so close to the action it is peaceful at night. Toni was the perfect host. We only wish we can return one day!

The accommodation is in the very heart of the city so that all attractions and sights can be visited on foot. The accommodation is extremely clean and tidy and the host is very friendly and always at your service. There are many restaurants nearby, but in my opinion the best food is at Temple Kitchen and Fish Mamma.

Very nice Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. One of us has some food allergies and we informed the staff before our arrival about it so that they could prepare some breakfast for him. They prepared everything the way we asked. 10 out of 10 service!

It was one of the 4-star hotels with a convenient price/quality ratio for the days I stayed in Split. The location of the hotel was good: even though it's on a narrow street, it's in the middle of the Old Town and most of the landmarks of the city are within walking distance. It's easy to reach the hotel by walking from the bus station as well. The receptionist's communication with me was okay. The breakfast service was good enough. The wireless Internet connection was satisfactory. My room was huge. The bathroom was full of high-quality amenities. There was a kettle tray set in the room. The minibar was full of delicious snacks and beverages, and they were not so expensive. My bed was so comfortable. The A/C was working perfectly.

A super cozy hotel in the heart of old town. I felt not well during the check in, but the staff was very welcoming, they carried our luggage and we were offered glass of prosecco. Annex is a separate building surrounded by restaurants, I enjoyed the location. We had a small room, but facilities were good.
