Very nice place in the center of Rovinj, lovely and tastefully refurbished old building with lots of original elements and a nice finish of high quality materials. Rooms with old furniture and historic flair, but new and very clean bathrooms. In particular, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. For new years eve we even had a complimentary dinner buffet with Istrian specialities that were super delicious. All in all very recommendable.

We got detailed instructions about where to park our car and were greeted upon check in. The room was absolutely beautiful and breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect and everything was walkable. The typewriter in the room was a nice treat.

The apartment is amazing, it is located in an amazing little square very romantic and the atmosphere is really surreal. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is very central and there are all the items needed. We had a wonderful experience!

Everything about Loreto LYA apartments is perfect! - The location is ideal, you can walk everywhere - Sea view from the window! - The apartment is beautiful! I stayed in the smaller one (the blue apartment in the pictures) and I saw the other one as well (red decoration). Both were absolutely lovely. You really feel like at home and relaxed because the decoration is pretty, everything is modern, clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, I slept really well. Even if you leave the windows open you don’t hear anything, it’s calm. The kitchen is functional, you can easily cook if you don’t want to eat out all the time. - Hosts Aphra and Leo are super friendly and helpful, they really made me feel welcome since the very first moment and helped me so much to make my stay perfect. Thank you! - I was remote working, the wifi connection was great.

The owner answered all my questions immediately. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was also very central to everything in the old city, including little supermarket and laundromat 1 minute away. Short walking distance from restaurants, shops, tours etc. Totally great!

Fantastic location on edge of old town by waterfront. Lovely view. Characterful building. We had 2nd floor apartment with sea view (no balcony). Kitchenette well stocked. Good a/c. Claudia was very charming & friendly.
