The owner helped us with all the important info about the property days before the check in. She kept checking in with us regarding our stay which made it very comfortable exploring Dubrovnik the first time. The place was quite clean and spacious enough. I’ve had a lovely stay :)

The host was extremely responsive on WhatsApp, so I had no issues with collecting the keys and staying at the apartment. Extremely convenient in the Old Town and also close to both North and East gates for any group tours. The price was reasonable for such convenient location.

One, the location is really inside the Stari Grad, easy access to any attraction within the wall. The room is cosy, bed pillow is comfortable and large toilet and shower area. Provided large medium and small face towel as well. Smart tv with netflix and working heater during cold season. Such a nice studio for the price. Thank you to Linda for fast communication and even allow us to check out a bit later. Just u need to climb 2 flight of stairs to reach the studio, but manageable.

Amazing experience, apartment and host! Alberto was the best! he was in the area where we parked our car so he offered us a lift to the city, showed us around and gave us all the recommendations we needed! the apartment was spotless clean, spacious, welcoming and the terrace was great for relaxing in the evening and with the morning coffee! in addition it is 1 minute from the famous steps right in the center but very very quiet which was the most important thing for me. Thanks Alberto!.

Great apartment! Really nice location too - just be prepared for quite a few steps getting there - but it was worth it! Host really accommodates us as well when we arrived and we could store our bags for a few hours!

We had a great stay at Apartment Santa Maria in the old town of Dubrovnik! Our host Stjepo was super friendly and kept in touch with us before arrival. He even met us at the gate of the old town, walked us to the apartment, and helped with our bags – such a nice welcome! The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – just steps away from everything, but without too many stairs like some other places in the old town. Just a heads-up: there are a few steep steps inside the apartment, so it might not be ideal if you have mobility issues. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
