The apartment that we stayed in was gorgeous with everything that we could have possibly needed. We were on the top floor with one of the small windows looking out over the tiled roofs of the old town. We were literally steps from the heart of the main part of this fascinating town. A very gracious Ines was there to welcome us , even though we were running a little late, and helped us settle in. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The owner helped us with all the important info about the property days before the check in. She kept checking in with us regarding our stay which made it very comfortable exploring Dubrovnik the first time. The place was quite clean and spacious enough. I’ve had a lovely stay :)

The host was extremely responsive on WhatsApp, so I had no issues with collecting the keys and staying at the apartment. Extremely convenient in the Old Town and also close to both North and East gates for any group tours. The price was reasonable for such convenient location.

Amazing experience, apartment and host! Alberto was the best! he was in the area where we parked our car so he offered us a lift to the city, showed us around and gave us all the recommendations we needed! the apartment was spotless clean, spacious, welcoming and the terrace was great for relaxing in the evening and with the morning coffee! in addition it is 1 minute from the famous steps right in the center but very very quiet which was the most important thing for me. Thanks Alberto!.

The apartment was fully equipped ( even a cork screw). Located in a quiet back street near the high point in the old town- behind the enthological museum. It has its own garden & terrace- great for hot nights ( a private oasis)- & a "getaway" from the crowds..Great bathroom area as well. Has a keylock box system for entry, so there is no personal contact with the owner- unless required- who is easy to contact & is most helpful.

We had a great stay at Apartment Santa Maria in the old town of Dubrovnik! Our host Stjepo was super friendly and kept in touch with us before arrival. He even met us at the gate of the old town, walked us to the apartment, and helped with our bags – such a nice welcome! The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – just steps away from everything, but without too many stairs like some other places in the old town. Just a heads-up: there are a few steep steps inside the apartment, so it might not be ideal if you have mobility issues. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
