KARLO at reception was an inspiration with all his enthusiasm and knowledge of the history of the area and got us all excited to get going on our planned intenary. We enjoyed the area and loved Old Town. As newbies to Croatia we asked a few questions and he happened to be at reception, and more than happy to go far and beyond assisting us with our queries and provided so much more than we expected. He is a gem to have for new tourists as it is sometimes awkward to ask questions in English but he was fluent in English, his knowledge of all of Croatia was incredible, he even recommended other towns we needed to see, (which we did) and made us feel very welcome. We are so glad that we added Dubrovnik to our list of places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and met all expectations.

The hotel has beautiful interior design, is newly renovated inside, and very clean and well-maintained. It feels modern and inviting.
• The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt welcomed right from check-in.
• The breakfast buffet was excellent – large, varied, and fresh, with many hot and cold options.
• Great location: the ferry terminal is nearby if you take an Uber.

I can confidently say that Studio 87 was the highlight of my trip to Dubrovnik. The apartment is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The sea view from the window is breathtaking and made every morning feel like a dream.
The location is fantastic! It’s in a peaceful area, yet still very convenient. You can reach the Old Town in about 20 minutes on foot, or take bus number 4 from a stop just two streets above the apartment. It was so easy to get around without any hassle.
The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. They paid attention to every little detail, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen. I felt right at home the moment I walked in.
I’ve stayed in many places across Europe, but this one truly stands out. If you're visiting Dubrovnik, don’t hesitate—this is simply the best place to stay.

Jelena was such a wonderful host, cooking meals for us and dropping me off at the bus stop at the end of my stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I’m ever back in Dubrovnik!!

This apartment is a great and extremely comfortable with a lovely position and a super friendly host. It is well equipped with everything you may need, the beds are really comfortable. Clean & spacious. The grocery store is a minute away. Would recommend it anytime! Great value for money!

Very good location in Lapad, a few minutes walk to some very good beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Bus stops for the buses to Old City are very close by (one can also walk there; morning walks are especially nice as it is not hot; and visiting the Old City before endless tourist groups start coming around 10 am is the best option). Though centrally located, it is very quiet and one can have a good rest.
The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. There is a nice garden, which we, unfortunately, did not use, as we stayed only for 1 night. Vlaho is very welcoming and helpful host.
We will definitely come back next year for a longer stay.
