The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very nice, modern hotel and in a very good location and everything , including the Wan Chai metro station. The Exhibition Centre, is accessible by foot thanks to the pedestrian bridge less than 15 min walk. The rooms were big by Hong Kong standards. Surely my first choice when coming back to Hong Kong

The perfect hotel! Not too expensive, right in the center and close to everything, VERY clean 😍. I loved the view from the window.
They have vending machines next to the lobby, you can buy toiletries, cutlery, as well as snacks if you don’t feel like going to the supermarket.
The room was comfortable in terms of space, with a dedicated space for storing my suitcase, and space to walk around, even a desk and comfy window seat.

Great location and close to everything. Easy check-in and staff were very accommodating giving us a quiet room. they actually upgraded our room. Room was clean and overall a nice stay. Bed more firmer than at home but still a good sleep.
