Great hotel and outstanding, very polite and helpful staff. The room is spacy and very cozy. Bed is extraodinary comfortable and everything is sparkly clean. The hotel a bit croudy, bit this is completely clear, becouse that accommodation has 1000 rooms. No extra noises. Room is extremly quiet. And, once again would like to note, that all hotel staff are absolutely amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself feels luxurious. Staff were helpful and polite. Able to store our luggages after checking out. We were also given the chance to check-in early at 12PM because our room was clean and ready.

The Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour location combines everything. You are right in the middle. It is the best possible location for business and also for travelling. You can reach all the sightseeing spots short and easily. Important for me is the easy access to the convention hall. I travel there 2 a year to visit my suppliers during the fair. Perfect is that I can meet my suppliers if I want on the 42nd floor in the launch. The view from the launch is breathtaking, also from the room. The food and the drinks too. The personal will go out of their way to help and support you. You and your kids will love the huge pool on the 11th floor. There is a very relaxing atmoshpere. Even local people from Hong Kong will come to enjoy the outstide Restaurant/Bar. I enjoyed the DJ playing electronic launch music very much. The concierge will help me to ship my overweight/business products to ship by EMS safely to Germany. They will even bring it by Taxi to the post service. Thank you so much again. For me there is no better Hotel in Hong Kong. There might be fancier Hotels, but for not better ones.
