The room was spacious, peaceful, facing the sea, giving me a familiar experience of being woken up by the sunrise. The curtains could finally be fully closed, this feature gave me a great night of recharging myself up. In the tidy room, the facilities allowed me to intuitively organise my trip, with two great improvements: more sockets were introduced and placed at the intuitive place near the desk, and the Internet connection was fast and reliable. I liked the fact when we arrived the staff was able to take our luggage and take us to the 28 floor for our reservation. We stayed at club 80 suite. It was a phenomenal experience and breathtaking views of Hong Kong city.

Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. Jimmy, the driver, brought me to the hotel in a clean car providing water route. it was a plodrive from the airport to the hotel.
