We were grateful to be gifted free snacks, drinks & a bottle of wine for the festive ❤️ clean room with polite staff 🥰 very near to Hang Heung to get the HK goodies or Wing On dept. shop to get the essentials 👍🏼

Location is great, close to MTR, you can travel to every place in the city in less than an hour. Promenade is just around the corner. Lots of place to eat (including Starbucks and 7-11) are located near the hotel. Great stuff, very friendly and helpful. Last day it was heavy rain, the stuff provides us with umbrellas. Cleaning in the rooms is also at the top level. At the end of the day, it is marvelous place to stay in HK. Would like to stay here again.

At the lobby, there’re complimentary drinks (beer, juice, soft drinks, tea, and coffee machine with milk) and snacks. Room is very large and super comfortable like a 1-bed apartment with pantry and living room. There’re TVs in the bedroom and living room, also trash cans in bedroom, pantry, and bathroom. The capsule coffee maker produces delicious espresso shots. Staffs are helpful.
