hotel staff made it great they made everything so easy and made it the best stay in a hotel for a while, not often do hotel staff make the stay great. would like the positive feedback to be passed onto the ladies at reception they made life so much easier for the days I stayed there, local knowledge was great and request made easy, English was great and they are some of the friendliest hotel staff I have met.
