The staff and service were excellent, and everyone was very kind. The hotel's location is great, being near both a metro station and a bus station. Additionally, we decided to opt for a room with Club Lounge access, which was absolutely worth the money.

The hotel is very nicely located. Close to metro, ferry and ding ding stop. Taxies available at the entrance. Breakfast at Cruise restaurant is just fab! It is worth to book a room ( high floor) with a harbour view.

Check-In: Seamless. The receptionist on duty was extremely cordial and professional. Even when I had misplaced by room card (so embarrassing), she helped me get a new one. Staff: Very professional. Both the night and the morning shift receptionist (Ms. Alice, I think) went out of their way to recommend where I could go for a meal. Room: Extremely comfortable with a host of amenities that I haven't seen even in some 3/4 star hotels. Just for starters, there was a microwave oven and a sink! The bed and the sheets were very comfortable as well. A pretty nice view of the Victoria Harbor/Causeway bay was a nice bonus. Location: Tin Hau MTR station was just a few minutes away by walk. Circle-K & 7-11 were a minute away from the hotel. Two halal restaurants in a 100 meter radius. 10/10 for me

Hotel just a couple of blocks from MTR, departmental store, pier and wet market. Lots of local eateries. The rooms are clean - we booked a Studio Premier & Deluxe. The Studio Deluxe King is considered spacious with a sofa and a small walk-in wardrobe. Firm but very comfortable bed. The availability of a washing machine is very handy. Quality amenities in the bathroom with a sizeable bathtub. 24 hour reception. Check in was smooth - courteous and friendly reception. All day coffee from the main reception (1st floor). Gym in lower ground floor. Will book again if we are travelling to HK.

- Wonderful location. 20 meters to Metro (MTR) - Clean, Not too luxurious but nice enough. -Baggage keeping after check out until 12:00 midnight. -Reception was helpful enough.
