The reception staffs were super helpful, showed the bus even changed notes to coins. The shuttle service was awesome. Breakfast was decent portion and free. They also gave a free room upgrade which was really cool

Near the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens Green House, every time going up/down the mid height through it offers an amazing environmental experience. Located at Mid Height, it is a wonderful place to hang out around , escape from the crowd or just have some fresh air... Nice service, clean but also large room, fitness room available I have stayed here for 3 times. I will definitely come back at fourth in future!

The hotel was wonderful, staff very attentive and breakfast was decent. The room was spatious and I could enjoy having a pantry which is rare in HK. Thanks to all the staff in reception, concierges and cleaning ladies, all were very diligent and nice. I stayed for around 20 days and will strongly recommend to friends or family in HK. I would also choose this hotel for long stays if I need to. Much better than a serviced apartment and for a fair price.

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. It was just perfect. The view from the sea view room is amazing, the room size was much bigger than in most other hotels in HK. The hotel was quiet which is also unusual for hotels in central HK. So, I made a right choice to stay in Aberdeen at the Arca. It is just 6 min away from Admiralty by metro and there is no noise or constant traffic like in central HK. Finally, it was great to have a peaceful morning walk at Aberdeen harbour and fish market.
