Everything. It is a rare find in Hong Kong. The room is basic yet comfortable and well equipped, with very comfortable bed. The room is spacious compared with average hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The balcony with sea view is a huge plus if you are someone who enjoys fresh air and sun. The location is perfect for enjoying the island life--right at the beach and along one of the hiking trial. All the staff are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good money for value.

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests.
