We recently spent three unforgettable days at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and everything about our stay was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour from our room were the highlight, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic start to each day. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. Hotel ICON truly sets the standard for hospitality with its excellent service, attention to detail, and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚
