The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. I liked the fact when we arrived the staff was able to take our luggage and take us to the 28 floor for our reservation. We stayed at club 80 suite. It was a phenomenal experience and breathtaking views of Hong Kong city.

It was just perfect. The view from the sea view room is amazing, the room size was much bigger than in most other hotels in HK. The hotel was quiet which is also unusual for hotels in central HK. So, I made a right choice to stay in Aberdeen at the Arca. It is just 6 min away from Admiralty by metro and there is no noise or constant traffic like in central HK. Finally, it was great to have a peaceful morning walk at Aberdeen harbour and fish market.
