Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

It was located at the middle of the city, close to the subway station and airport train.
I had read the reviews and knows the downside of this place before my trip.
I did not expect much to a hotel near the bar street, it was just very close to my working place and I’m not sensitive to noise at all.
Indeed that I couldn’t hear any noise in my room at all and they even put a pair of ear plug in room.
It was like a romance hotel and I may get my girlfriend with me next time.
the lobby was quite and I am able to grab a coffee there and have a conference call in the morning.
