I spent only one night. If I had more time I would like to stay longer.
It's an old house changed to a hotel with a lot of Charme. History furniture but very comfortable.
The ladies who are working there are very friendly and helpful.
I loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay here…. Such reasonable value for what is essentially an apartment with everything you need (kitchen, tv, bathroom) Our host Juan was such a lovely guy…. Gave us loads of recommendations for Guatemala City and the area we were staying… He was so knowledgeable as well and even gave us some very solid recommendations for our next destination in El Salvador. A true gent and we will definitely return here the next time we’re in Guatemala City.

We were greeted on arrival and the apartment was welcoming and secure. There is an ATM in the lobby (which was helpful for cash payment) and lifts to the 6th floor. It was really nice to be able to wash our clothes, boil a kettle and relax as if we were at home. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast in a great restaurant just a few metres away.

Everything was great, however since cleaning services aren't included, at least a broom and extra trash bags should be available in the apartment. Besides that, everything was really nice.

Andrea was a great host. She was flexible with our check in time which we very much appreciated. We forgot our phone charger there and she saved it for us and returned it the next day. Very nice and helpful host, well kept space.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with my bad Espanol. The room was very clean and everything worked, great shower, good TV and most importantly the WiFi was terrific! Nice roof terrace and half a block away from a Shell garage with a small shop for conveniences needed. Great bus connections. Fabulous value for money!

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the complementary breakfast at the corner restaurant was great. It felt super safe and secure. I was aware of reviews criticizing the facilities, but for the price and location, I was very satisfied. Safety, security and comfort were my priorities. Fresh paint was not.
