everything was perfect, even if we arrived later than announced, the host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Space is very clean, spotless, beds very comfortable, and morning coffee on the balcony with a view on the park and sea in the back was super.

We stayed in the apartment for one night and I have to say we were impressed by the care the hosts have put in renovating it and in ensuring the comfort of the guests. The place has a stylish, modern interior and is equipped with everything you might need for one night or for an extended stay (including electric appliances and kitchen utensils). It is located at the very centre of the neighbourhood of Kalamaria, surrounded by all types of shops, bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a super market. The parking lot is only a 3-minute walk away. The hosts had also left drinks and snacks for us which was very sweet. And it was perfectly clean when we arrived. I really can't recommend this apartment enough! Ευχαριστώ πολύ Σπύρο και Παντελή!

Apartment is of a very high standard, very clean and fresh. Facilities are very good and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect. Kalamaria harbour is a couple of minutes walk away and has bars, coffee shops and tavernas. Kalamaria town centre is a couple of minutes walk the other way. Likewise there is an abundance of bars restaurants and shops. There is s local bar about 20 seconds away a large supermarket and bakery about 30 seconds away. Also 30 seconds away is bus stop, with buses to Thesaanliki centre about every ten minutes.. on-street parking is easy. Will definitely stay again.
