Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities provided are excellent. We personally liked our steam room the most. If you want to have a private spa like relaxation we highly recommend getting the room with steam room, you won’t regret it ;)

Very nice and helpful staff, great drinks and food in the bar. The receptionist gave us a lot of tips of things to do, and also helped us to book excursions, cabs and gave us tips on how to use the public transportations, etc. All in all they tried to help us the best as they could with everything. The room was very clean. Towels were changed every other day. The hotel is close to the black sand beach and close to the bus stop, which is convenient.
