Stunning view, amazing food at the hotel restaurants, perfect room size, great job done by room service (they even organized my charging cable :D) professional check in / out service and spacious spa area… P.S Everyone has a specific job, looks like they don’t hire one staff and add 2-3 different extra works, hope they also pay employees well because they deserve it!

The hotel was perfect. We were not expecting the property to be so close (walking distance) to the beach, many restaurants as well as lake Vouliagmeni. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Glyfada is just a short cab ride away with plenty of shops and restaurants. We thought a week would be too much, but as it turns out, it was just right. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Athens.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely choose to stay here again and confidently recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is superb. It's located just a few minutes walk from the beach, the lake and the restaurant strip. Above all is the service. It is always there, quiet and effective. We really felt welcomed by the entire staff (front desk, house keeping and restaurant)

Location is perfect, reallyclose to the beach. The flat is very nice and big. They let us leave our luggages there before check in time. We appreciated it.

Check-in/check-out - No formal check-in, inform the host at arrival and he will meet you at the entrance of the building. Transportation - it took less than half an hour to reach the apartment by taxi from the airport. Public bus Nr. 117stops just outside of the building. Hop On - Hop Off bus stops 400m. down the Litous street. Apartment - A spacious apartment, with two rooms, located on level 1 of the building, equipped with furniture and equipment needed for a good vacation stay. AC in each room. A long balcony goes around the apartment with a bigger part facing south-west side. It is a lovely place to be or relax during any time of the day. Beaches - Closest to the apartment is perhaps Zen Beach, but it is a bit simple and small, so we preferred going to Okeanida beach (see pics attached.) It is open 9 -17 every day, 10 EUR/pers. on a workday, 15 EUR/pers. on a weekend. It is a long sandy beach line which connects with another beach. Sunlounger, umbrella, shower, WC and changing cabins are included in the ticket. There are also free public beaches next to Zen and Okeanida beaches. Carry-on sunloungers are available to use in the apartment (nicely offered by the host). Grocery shops - ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ is a nearby grocery shop, around 300m. from Okeanida beach. Very good service, good prices, most of the daily products you can find here, including fresh fish, cheese, olives, fruits, etc. Another, bigger grocery shop, "Market In" is across the Leof Posidonos avenue. Περίπτερο kiosk, near the ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ shop open 24/7. Restaurants - There are a number of good restaurants along the Leof Posidonos avenue, on both sides of it. Zaxos Grill can be recommended, very quick and good service, tasty food. Neighbourhood - Litous str can be moderately busy during daytime, but very calm all other time. The rest of neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed. We enjoyed staying in this place and thankful to the hospitality and services provided by the host.

The property was in ideal location and clean and had all the facilities needed. Gregory was an exceptional host and accommodated everything for us - including an earlier check in and later check out. The apartment was very secure in a complex.
