The location was super in a quiet street yet close to all the attractions of Kifissia. The rooms were warm and elegant and the size was good. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The lobby is nice and inviting. Loved how the rooms had small balconies over looking the leafy streets of kifissia.

The facilities were perfect, the stuff also very polite and supportive, the restaurant had an amazing cuisine and during late hours we could enjoy nice music and drinks, amazing atmosphere, positive space.

Theoxenia Palace exudes golden age grandeur despite its relatively small size. It is a beautiful building in the leafy suburb of Kifisia, situated among historic villas and near a plethora of lovely cafés, bars, restaurants, and museums. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the pool is great. We absolutely loved our stay there."
