Exceptionally clean, staff were efficient and welcoming. Walking distance to the Golden Hall Shopping Mall (which is massive) and Telekom Centre where we attended the Rod Stewart concert. Good communication over my arrival time which I accidentally put in as 2am but staff noticed this and queried this so it could be resolved. Thanks for a nice stay.

The place is clean & the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but you have everything you need for your stay. The breakfast was good but small, doesn’t have a lot of choices, however there are restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

We loved our stay here. The design of the entire place is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. They have clearly thought about everything: from the yoga mat available, free snack pack, green plants, cutlery, the comfy beds to the toiletries (which among many things includes extra items like conditioner and lotion, love that). There’s no reception on site, but it’s not needed at all - they are super fast to answer on texts, which actually is way more convenient. Thank you for thinking sustainable, things like energy free hot water & the refillable soap bottles matters.
