At 9 PM, we were greeted by a sleeping receptionist. It took a while to wake him up, and he couldn’t quite understand what we needed at first. The situation was complicated by the fact that he didn’t speak English or Russian—or perhaps he’d simply forgotten them in his groggy state. He handed us the key but didn’t escort us or explain where our room was located. It turned out that room 207 wasn’t on the second floor, as one might expect. We had to find it on our own, which was challenging since I was holding a 1.5-month-old baby.
The room itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the window. There was a rain shower, the plumbing was in excellent condition, and slippers and towels were provided. There was also a minibar. However, it was quite hot, as the heating was on full blast. We ended up using the air conditioner during the night.
In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and encountered friendly restaurant staff. Despite the rocky start to our stay, I give it an excellent rating!

Hotel has really beautiful interior. Wine museum with 24/7 access for all guests includes free wine, chacha and brandy is great place to relax after long day and meet interesting people. Very positive owner Georgiy is always ready to talk with guests and share his positive mood.

I liked the staff communication and responsiveness to any issue we had. The staff made us feel welcome.
It was a joy to return to the hotel. It was in a location close to many convenience stores.

The room was spacious, with suitable facilities, and more than adequate for our needs. It included a terrace, and divided rooms, which allowed some privacy if necessary. The bidet was excellent. The heating system was efficient. There was a sofa, table, and chair. Clean room.

Temo is a very nice and hospitable host, he met me at the airport, explained everything and helped with late check-in.
The apartment is well furnished and clean with all the necessary staff. Nice location in the middle of Saburtalo district, there are many shops, grocery stores and cafes nearby.

Very clean cozy rooms. It's a bit hard to find it at first sight, but it doesn't affect thequality of the rooms. The stuff is very friendly and supportive. As there were no tennants before us in the room they gave us a chance to check in earlier. Highly recommend!
