The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped and even authentic. Furthermore, it is very clean (we haven't found any dirt or spot. Wi-fi connection is fast. House yard is old and beautiful with pleasant spirit. You can see, that owners put their efforts in order to make you feel at home (they even left full packages of coffee, tea, shampoo and shower gel). More than that, owner Dato is very kind and ready-to-help person! We look forward to come back!

The apartment was even better than expected. Probably the best location I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi: amazing panoramic view from the window and super quiet, which is pretty rare for the city. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus as a nice bonus there are two brand-new TVs The host deserves a special mention: always available, polite and quick to respond to any questions. The whole stay felt really pleasant The only small thing to note is that the building is on a hill. But even with my knee issues the walk up wasn’t a big problem, so I wouldn’t call it a downside Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The personnel were attentive and accommodating, and the abundance of natural light and fresh air from the large window was a definite plus. .. and the local breakfast was so yummy !!! Great location - as I expected and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Delicious breakfast - it changes everyday so good variety. The coffee could be a little better but that is a small thing. Stayed in the superior room and it was excellent. Comfy bed - shame had to be up early everyday. Excellent shower. Big TV (but didn't use). Had a decent view. Receptionists perfectly helpful.
