The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped and even authentic. Furthermore, it is very clean (we haven't found any dirt or spot. Wi-fi connection is fast. House yard is old and beautiful with pleasant spirit. You can see, that owners put their efforts in order to make you feel at home (they even left full packages of coffee, tea, shampoo and shower gel). More than that, owner Dato is very kind and ready-to-help person! We look forward to come back!

The apartment was even better than expected. Probably the best location I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi: amazing panoramic view from the window and super quiet, which is pretty rare for the city. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus as a nice bonus there are two brand-new TVs The host deserves a special mention: always available, polite and quick to respond to any questions. The whole stay felt really pleasant The only small thing to note is that the building is on a hill. But even with my knee issues the walk up wasn’t a big problem, so I wouldn’t call it a downside Highly recommend!

The staff was very attentive and professional. They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests. I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare. Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.
