The staff was very attentive and professional.
They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests.
I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare.
Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.

Such a stunning hotel the photos don't do it justice! Everything was top notch, in particular the staff who were super attentive and responsive. The breakfast was out of this world. The location was also excellent, tucked away, but so close to some amazing restaurants, bars etc. Other parts of the city we wanted to visit were only a short taxi/metro ride away

The hotel has a fantastic location. The Old Town is easily accessible on foot, with its charming, atmospheric old streets. The beauty of Old Batumi is simply breathtaking.
The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. There was a bar in the kitchen, and even the bathroom was large, which was also convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly, caring, and ready to help at any moment.
