The owners were incredibly nice and informative. Breakfast was amazing and we were just steps from the Channel coast which was beautiful, and a short walk to local shops and pubs.

The location is just perfect for lovely walks on the Downs and there is a bus stop nearby for going shopping if the weather is not good.Tom is such a friendly guy and nothing is a bother to him. Lovely views to wake up to every morning.

Staff were all lovely, accommodating and helpful. Great room, breakfast, massage, sauna,steam room and pool which we enjoyed. Location and parking on site was most important so we were happy we got this and the great service. Wanted to stay longer and would love to come back. Janice and Rod NZ
