Service was exceptional. Breakfast really tasty and good choice. Dinner was very good and not too expensive. Much better than in a restaurant in Didsbury center. Very comfortable King bed, cozy room, nice shower. I liked very much fresh milk in the fridge in the room for coffee. Convenient location. Nice home atmosphere.

We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger room for our anniversary. We will definitely visit again.

On the banks of the River Mersey, the Waterside Hotel is just 10 minutes from Manchester airport. The hotel has a restaurant and leisure centre.

We got a nice "welcome package" with essential food and snacks which we really appreciated. The beds are comfy, even the sofa bed in the living room. There is a Tesco and several restaurants nearby and the tram and buses to Manchester. Stayed here for the second time, would definitely come again.

The hotel was very clean and the lady’s on reception were very helpful. The car park was blocked off that night due to an event near it and the lady stayed on the phone and directed me to the car park. We were upgraded to a stadium view which was amazing and it was mine and my sons birthday and we got given some gifts. Amazing stay and we can’t wait to book our next stay there. The fridge has complimentary snacks in.

• Facilities - room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen with all needed appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher) and dishes. Great addition to those who like to make their own food in your room. The bathroom is clean and has a mirror with a touchscreen, which turns on led lights around it. Another nice up to date technology touch - blinds go up and down automatically according to button touch - you dont need to pull them by hand. • Staff - very friendly and helpful, they assisted and answered all our questions with pleasure. • Location - great! Located in the city centre, everything around 15 minutes walk max from the hotel and it was only 20 minute ride by train from Manchester airport. • Noise isolation - we would like to note that the room had great noise isolation, and we could not hear any noise from other rooms during our stay, which was great.

Great Location, all staff courteous specially Mohammad, apartment furniture and spacious bedrooms. Extended our stay because kids didn’t want to leave
