Staff was so helpful and kind. Room was cozy and bed was very comftorable. Location is great. All in all, I feel like I will be back.

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.

We loved it! Where to start… Personnel was super bice and polite. Room was moder and tidy, maybe a bit small, but that’s not so important. We had a nice view on the London modern centre of bank district. That brings me to the best thing about this hotel which is the location. It is very conveniently close to the centre (walk to the Tower bridge can take roughly 25min) and the surrounding area is very modern and safe. We didn’t had a chance to try breakfast there but one evening e went for a dinner to the hotel restaurant and it was very nice but bit expensive. Overall definitely wewe are going to choose this hotel for our next stay in London.

Everything was great. The location was perfect and the studio was extremely clean and had everything we needed (and more). The hosts were replying really quickly and they were very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
