The days leading up to our stay I got all the information I could need. Also during our stay there were a couple of inquiries whether everything was alright We did not have any issues, but I felt like I would get help soon if I would have needed it. Made us feel welcome. The apartment was spotless All kitchen appliances were clean and in great working condition. Our young adult very much enjoyed being able to watch their favourite twitch streamer on a big screen. The shower was great, good temperature and pressure. The bed is a bit on the small side, but otherwise perfectly fine. Just make sure to travel with someone you really like. Good WiFi We arrived late, around midnight, on a Thursday and it was an interesting walk from the station to the apartment, with lots of drunk people, but the vibe was good, it didn't feel unsafe at all. Makes you feel like you are in a lively party of the city.

The property agent (Amy) was very sweet, reactive and helpful with our queries. The check in/collection of keys was done with Amy and check out instructions were clear and practical. The apartment is as per the pictures, very spacious and clean. We were provided with clean towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo/body lotion. We were on the second floor and the lift was quite useful, especially with our luggage. The apartment is also very central and close to shops, minimarkets, eateries and restaurants. The lovely Old Spitalfields market is a stone's throw away, excellent way to start your stay. We were 5-10 minutes away from the dual level Liverpool St station and Aldgate tube station.

Just 20 metres from Aldgate East London Underground Station, ibis London City - Shoreditch has modern, air-cooled rooms. Liverpool Street Station is a 10-minute walk away.
