travelled for early Mother’s Day with my mum for 2 nights. perfect location for getting in from Gatwick to Victoria, yet still quiet at night. rooms have a kitchenette - a brilliant addition if you get in late and want to have food delivered! drinking water provided via britta filter tap in the kitchenette. lovely large bathroom with good shower. comfortable bed. the staff could not have been more helpful (shoutout to Jason) - every request was facilitated and everyone just so friendly. my mum is a light sleeper and room 401 was super quiet. could not fault it and will 100% be back next time in London!

The room size is comfortable for multiple night stays, my favorite part is the bed and pillow. The staffs are friendly and promptly responded to enquires. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again :)

Outstanding hospitality in a perfect location. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, however, what makes it really extraordinary is the staff. They are friendly, professional and competent, trying to make their guests feel comfortable in every aspect. The room was great with a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Water and nespresso pads were refilled daily. Very comfortable beds.
We also especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
This trip was my birthday present and we got a cake and even a happy birthday song at arrival.
Highly recommended!!

Everything is amazing! One of tbe highest point: all the staff is kind, friendly, polite and always smiling. Eder was out host many times during our stay and he is utterly oustanding. Pedro is also a fantastic host and helped us many times: very profissional, polite, elegant and helpful. They turned out stay into a marvellous experience. There is a executive lounge where we can have snacks, ice cream , lindt's chocolates, candies all for free and during all tbe day long. From 5pm to 7pm they have special canapes and from 8pm to 1am many deliciious dishes to have dinner: all included! I highly recommend this hotel.

Full sized toiletries ( natural, vegan, cruelty free). Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.
