The hotel exceeded all my expectations and the only thing that disappointed me was not being able to have my offer of a tip accepted as it went against company policy. The staff were amazing with us and the simplicity but attention to very small details with what the hotel had really impressed me a lot. Value for money and will definitely recommend for others to book and stay. See you again one day and thanks for being kind and on hand for me and my family.

We had a really nice stay. The hostess went out of her way to provide us with very useful information. Comunication was perfect, check-in really easy, the flat was clean and spacious. Great beds, well equipped. Two minutes walk to train and buses. Great value. Close to the city. Just perfect! A clear ten out of ten.

Everything! This one night stay was the highlight of our stays - and we loved the other two places in Chelsea and Trafalgar Square….but to stay in a 41 ft. BEAUTIFUL cabin cruiser for the night in such a historic place (St, Katherine’s docks were bombed in the ‘41 blitz so all buildings surrounding the marina are new because of that) this was the epitome of cool! Our friends here in Canada got such a kick out of the fact that we did this! And to find such a gem on booking.com - who knew! Directly beside the Tower Bridge!!!! The owner and our host Mark….what a fabulous fellow, to share his beautiful boat enabling travellers such a unique experience. Mark - thank YOU so much. For greeting us at our arrival, showing us around your beautiful boat! You can’t know how much this one night stay meant to us for our first night! My daughter was sceptical….I’m 62 and knew when we booked it just felt right! And it was…It was magical! (She agrees) And the surrounding restaurants, the safety we felt in the marina, the beautiful blue boat lights at night, and a very comfortable sleep too! THANK YOU again!
