We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s bright, modern, and much more spacious than we expected, which made it ideal for our family. The layout worked very well and everything felt comfortable and well thought out.
The location couldn’t be better — Paddington Station is within walking distance, making travel around London super easy, and Hyde Park is nearby for walks and downtime. Despite the central location, the house itself was peaceful and quiet.
A great place to stay if you’re looking for space, comfort, and a convenient base in London. Would definitely recommend.

I think this is an excellent Hotel, for many reasons, the staff, everyone, from the house keeping to the front desk were truly welcoming, warm, and very accommodating, now the size of the room is as described, it is snug but to me that was what I needed. And the location is excellent, 5 minutes from Hyde Park and Paddington station is 2 minutes away, makes your commuting options around London endless.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I arrived super early and the room wasn't ready for check-in yet but they had a secured luggage room where I could store my luggage and walk around town.
The room was very comfortable, with high ceiling, big, comfortable bed, complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. Everything was very clean as well.
The location was also perfect. Busses that take you to many central places in London and Paddington Station with many main train lines are just 4 min walk away.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit London!

Every member of the staff I met was amazing and always happy to help. They helped with luggage, restaurant recommendations, and every little question I had during my stay. They also helped make my stay a little more accessible by sticking me on a lower floor so I didn’t have to climb as many stairs.
The hotel itself was easy to find and in an extremely convenient location for someone travelling using the tube and buses. It is surrounded by reasonably priced restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. There is even a laundromat a short walk down the road.
My room was a single. It contained a bed, a sink, tea making equipment, and a side table with USB outlets. There was also a TV with quite a few options including a few movie channels. There wasn’t much of a view, but that didn’t bother me at all. I found the room to always be the right temperature as well.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit London on a budget!
