The staff - friendly and attentive. The location is superb, close at hand to excellent shops and restaurants, but it’s also very quiet. The furniture and interior design of all areas is superb, and the beds are super-comfortable!

Staff are simply the best one could ever expect. Nothing was too much trouble and one was made to feel a valued guest. Friendly, superb attention and service. We ate at the Hotel once and I can honestly say that I was served with the best ribeye steak of my life, thus far. Also their Harissa Rub Monkfish was out of this world. Wasn't expecting the food to be anywhere near as good! This is how a small luxury hotel should be, the staff act just as if they were working for a small family hotel. Total team!
