Although the hotel was a teeny bit off the beaten track, in terms of transport links to Heathrow or central London, that certainly was not a deterrent. In fact, the immediate area offers many shops, post office & good pubs and is close to the riverside walk Strand-on-the-Green — The Bell & Crown being a highlight. As for our room, we were treated to an upgrade, it was very quiet & restful, as well as being stylish and spotlessly clean. The staff we very friendly & relaxed and we wished we could have stayed another night or two. They really got this right!

It was exceptionally excellent, the hotel is very clean, new, for me it's one of the best hotels I've tried in London, the staff were very friendly and helpful, all transportation easily accessible, the market is just behind the hotel, 1000/10

This 17th-century inn is located by Kew Green, across from the Royal Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a great location, fine food and good public transport to Central London.

Truly fantastic! I arrived at 9am and they allocated me to my room at this time. Check in was much later in the day. The kitchen in the studio is great! Location is a few metres away from underground. Wifi was amazing! Everything was super clean! TV channels - there were lots to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

the hotel is simply wonderful, authentic in British style, the girl at the reception was nice, polite and very helpful, room was clean and cozy, also the breakfasts were the most delicious and varied and staff was very friendly and polite

Good clean accomdation. We were ground floor with terrace, table and chairs outside. Good natual light. Bus in and out of city was 30min and cheaper than tube. 10min walk to tube station. Decent kitchen and bathroom. Has aircon. 24hr helpful front desk. Some bad reviews, mostly for basement, if using sofa bed then space around beds is limited as beds almost touching. Shower temperature fluctuates, but not as badly as many places. Quiet area. 25min walk to Camden markets and 1hr walk to Oxford Street, or take the bus. We would stay again.
