Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years.
Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast.
But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.

Perfect for parent-child culture trip for a few days - one week. Super location in a quiet and safe area, museums in walking distance, underground, foodshops, reastaurants nearby. We enjoyed our London home, the self-management and climate friendliness: door code, large windows, kitchen corner (with fridge, coffee machine and tea), hairdryer, iron, spacious bathroom and not changing towels every day. There was always someone (host) in the house to ask for help. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

The location near metro with two major lines meant you are a heart beat away from central London. The room was large and comfortable. The pub was a great bonus to stop by after a long day

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated & high end. I arrived earlier than expected and they were so kind and helpful and got us into our apartment early. The helpful and friendly ladies on reception were so lovely and helped us on many occasions recommending restaurants and transportation options. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Location was perfect and quiet. Quick walk to Kensington High Street and a quick walk to Earls Court Station which is on the Piccadilly line which took us straight to Heathrow Airport (no train changes) to fly home.

The two bedroom apartment is very spacious which has seperate ensuites with an additional toilet in the common area. All the appliances are of Miele. They provide all the user manuals in a folder on the kitchen bench. The location is very convenient with bus station and train stations within 2-3 minutes waking distance. Two supermarkets are also very close.

I was here ten years ago and am happy to see that the hotel is even better than I remember. They recently renovated, and everything is new. The rooms are massive, which is a rarity in central London hotels. The staff is very kind; Alberto at the front desk was very kind and welcoming
